Product Images
Product images are as accurate as possible. However, from time to time, product appearances my differ slightly from those shown.
Product Suitability
Unless specifically stated in an individual product description, products on the Cute'n'Crafty website are NOT intended for use by children.
Placing an Order
Upon placing an order with Cute'n'Crafty, you will be e-mailed with an order confirmation and details of the order. You will then be e-mailed again when the order has been dispatched.
There is a minimum order value of £3.99 (not including postage and packing charges).
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling. Prices shown on this website may differ from those in our actual shop. For orders to delivery addresses outside the European Union, please note that you may have to pay import duty and/or other taxes on the value of your order to the authorities in your country. We will always declare the value of your order accurately and will not consider requests to do otherwise. Your order will be charged in Pounds Sterling and converted to your local currency by your credit card company.

Making a Payment
When you have finished shopping and want to make a purchase, we will confirm the total cost of your order prior to asking for your payment details. We accept payments by Mastercard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Delta, VISA Electron, Switch and Solo through PayPal or you can also contact us with your credit/debit card information via e-mail or by phone if you prefer. If you choose to supply us with your credit/debit card details by e-mail or phone, we will hold the items in your order for two working days to give you chance to contact us with your payment. Please note that we do NOT accept payment by cheque or postal order unless by prior arrangement.
In all cases the card will be security checked to protect you from fraud (see our Privacy & Security page by clicking here). You will receive an e-mail to confirm your payment details have been accepted. We are continually updating the Cute'n'Crafty website with stock and prices. Obviously we will do our utmost to ensure the website is correct at the time of your order. In the rare event that stock is not available, we will call you to discuss your order.
