When do we process website orders?

We process and post orders placed via this website every working day, Monday to Friday (please note that Bank Holidays and Public Holidays are excluded).

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes there is - the minimum order value is £3.99 (not including postage and packing charges).

How long will your order take to arrive?

Orders requiring delivery to a UK address will be posted to you using the method that we think is best. For lightweight orders we will use Royal Mail First or Second Class post - these normally take between 1-5 working days to be delivered. If necessary, your package will be split into two or more packages at no additional cost to you. For larger items, we may use either Royal Mail Standard Parcels or a courier. If this is the case, we will e-mail you with the name of the courier and the tracking details of your package.

For orders requiring delivery to a non-UK address, delivery times vary but typically range from 3 working days days to several weeks, depending on the destination and the delivery method that you choose.

Our aim is to process all orders within one working day of receipt, but on rare occasions where we have to source stock, orders can take up to thirty days to be delivered. In the event of any problems or delays of more than one week, we will contact you to discuss your order.

(if you require your order to be posted to the Channel Islands, prices will show with VAT excluded when you proceed through the Checkout process).

(if you require your order to be posted to a country which is not in the European Union, prices will show with VAT excluded when you proceed through the Checkout process).

Delivery cost is calculated using the total weight of the items in your shopping basket and the destination that you choose. An estimated delivery cost will be shown once you add an item to your shopping basket. Should you choose to place an order with us, you will be offered delivery options that exclude and include insurance - please note that if you choose not to insure your order, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or non-delivery that may occur.

What countries do we deliver to?

At present, we deliver to the following countries:-
United Kingdom (including Channel Islands and Isle Of Man), Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia (Slovak Republic), Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United States.

Returning Goods

We fully comply with "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000".

You have 7 working days, starting the next working day after you receive your order, to ensure that it is correct and that the goods are not damaged.

PLEASE NOTE:- DVDs and software, once opened, may not be returned unless found to be faulty. We test every returned DVD or software and if it is found not to be faulty, the item will be returned to you and you will be liable for the cost of return postage. If you do consider a DVD or software to be faulty, we would advise that you to check it on a second machine before contacting us and requesting a return. Please also note that we are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by DVD players that have been modified to disable regional encoding.

If there are any concerns with your order please contact us or call us on +44 (0)1543 253400 and we will resolve the issues immediately.

For any orders that are incorrectly supplied, we will rectify this to your satisfaction.

If any part of your order is damaged, please contact us and we will advise you on how to return the damaged goods. For goods that are returned to us for this reason, we will reimburse you for the cost of postage and either replace the damaged items or issue a refund to you.

If a return is required for any other reason, we request that you contact us BEFORE returning items to us to obtain authorisation for the return. This will also enable us to refund the original cost of your order in full. We would then ask that you return that the goods to us, within 30 calendar days and at your own expense, preferably in a re-saleable condition and if possible with their original packaging.
